criminale<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u021bi\u0219tii de la Biroul de Investiga\u021bii Criminale din cadrul Poli\u021biei Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te au re\u021binut pentru 24 de ore, pe baz\u0103 de ordonan\u021b\u0103, un b\u0103rbat de 52 de ani, din localitate, b\u0103nuit de s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea infrac\u021biunii de proxenetism, fapt\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 de art. 213 din Codul Penal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">B\u0103rbatul va fi prezentat Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te \u00een vederea dispunerii unei m\u0103suri preventive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Din cercet\u0103ri a reie\u0219it c\u0103, \u00een perioada octombrie-noiembrie a.c., b\u0103nuitul ar fi determinat o femeie de 28 de ani, s\u0103 practice prostitu\u021bia, pe raza municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te, \u00een scopul ob\u021binerii pentru sine de foloase patrimoniale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, pe parcursul zilei de ieri, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au descins la domiciliul b\u0103rbatului, fiind pus \u00een executare un mandat de perchezi\u021bie domiciliar\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u0219urate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au dispus \u0219i indisponibilizarea unui autoturism despre care exist\u0103 suspiciuni c\u0103 ar fi fost utilizat la comiterea infrac\u021biunii.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, au fost puse \u00een aplicare 5 mandate de aducere, persoanele \u00een cauz\u0103 fiind conduse la sediul Poli\u021biei, pentru audieri.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen continuare, poli\u021bi\u0219tii efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri, sub coordonarea procurorului de caz, pentru documentarea \u00eentregii activit\u0103\u021bi
