Inspectoratul de Poli\u0163ie Jude\u0163ean D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu poli\u021bi\u0219ti din cadrul Direc\u021biei Opera\u0163iuni Speciale &#8211; Inspectoratului General al Poli\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne, au desf\u0103\u0219urat o ac\u021biune \u00eentr-o gara, de pe raza municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, unde au prins b\u0103rbatul de 22 de ani, care, la data de 7 noiembrie a.c., ar fi evadat de sub escorta poli\u021bi\u0219tilor. Pe numele acestuia fusese emis un mandat de arestare preventiv\u0103 pentru s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea infractiunii de furt calificat. Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 va fi introdus \u00een Centrul de Re\u021binere \u0219i Arestare Preventiv\u0103 D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba \u0219i va fi cercetat \u0219i sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii Evadarea, fapt\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 de art. 285 din Codul Penal.
