Abuz de for\u0163\u0103 ordinar al Poli\u0163iei Hulube\u015fti\u201d publicat \u00een ziarul dumneavoastr\u0103 la data de 01 aprilie 2010   Ca urmare a articolului publicat \u00een data de 01 aprilie 2010, v\u0103 comunic\u0103m urm\u0103toarele:  Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere sesizarea lui G. Ilie, \u00een care men\u0163ioneaz\u0103 c\u0103 a fost lovit de c\u0103tre doi poli\u0163i\u015fti, \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firii infrac\u0163iunii de \u201epurtare abuziv\u0103\u201d, fapt\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u015fi pedepsit\u0103 de art. 250 din Codul Penal. Dosarul a fost \u00eenaintat cu propunere de declinare a competen\u0163ei \u00een favoarea Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, pentru competent\u0103 solu\u0163ionare.  De asemenea, pentru a stabili modul de interven\u0163ie al poli\u0163i\u015ftilor, se continu\u0103 verific\u0103rile din punct de vedere disciplinar, urm\u00e2nd a se dispune \u00een cauz\u0103 m\u0103suri conform normelor interne, pe care vi le vom comunica la finalizare.
