cadrul Serviciului Rutier au depistat, pe drumul jude\u021bean 711A, un b\u0103rbat de 47 de ani, din Corbii Mari, care le-a prezentat o declara\u021bie pe propria r\u0103spundere, acesta motiv\u00e2nd c\u0103 se deplaseaz\u0103 la locul de munc\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, pe declara\u021bia celui \u00een cauz\u0103 era aplicat\u0103 \u0219i \u0219tampila unui agent economic.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor efectuate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au constatat c\u0103 b\u0103rbatul nu ar figura ca angajat al agentului penal sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunilor de uz de fals \u0219i fals \u00een \u00eenscrisuri sub semn\u0103tur\u0103 privat\u0103, urm\u00e2nd ca la finalizarea cercet\u0103rilor s\u0103 se propun\u0103 solu\u021bie prin unitatea de parchet competent\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Conform prevederilor art. 322 din Codul Penal, falsificarea unui \u00eenscris sub semn\u0103tur\u0103 privat\u0103 prin vreunul dintre modurile prev\u0103zute \u00een art. 320 sau art. 321, dac\u0103 f\u0103ptuitorul folose\u0219te \u00eenscrisul falsificat ori \u00eel \u00eencredin\u021beaz\u0103 altei persoane spre folosire, \u00een vederea producerii unei consecin\u021be juridice, se pedepse\u0219te cu \u00eenchisoare de la 6 luni la 3 ani sau cu amend\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea,<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> conform prevederilor art. 323 din Codul Penal folosirea unui \u00eenscris oficial ori sub semn\u0103tur\u0103 privat\u0103, cunosc\u00e2nd c\u0103 este fals, \u00een vederea producerii unei consecin\u021be juridice, se pedepse\u0219te cu \u00eenchisoare de la 3 luni la 3 ani sau cu amend\u0103, c\u00e2nd \u00eenscrisul este oficial, \u0219i cu \u00eenchisoare de la 3 luni la 2 ani sau cu amend\u0103, c\u00e2nd \u00eenscrisul este sub semn\u0103tur\u0103
